Up to 1.2 bil\u00adlion euros in public fun\u00adding has been allo\u00adca\u00adted to the pro\u00adject. An addi\u00adtio\u00adnal 1.4 bil\u00adlion euros is expec\u00adted to come from pri\u00advate-sec\u00adtor invest\u00adments.
